Price Match Eligibility
The Enhanced Leisure Price Match Guarantee includes the following:
- Eligible Price Match Guarantee is 30 days from the date of the original purchase date.
- To request a price match guarantee, please contact us using our contact form.
- Include “Price Match Guarantee Request” in the subject line.
- Include your name, purchase date, purchase price, and order number in the message.
- Include the name of the online store, the lower price, and a link to the product page showing the lower priced product.
- If Enhanced Leisure can confirm the lower price and the price match request meets the eligibility requirements, we will credit the customer's original payment method with a partial refund in the amount of the price difference.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process any price match guarantee requests.
Price Match Guarantee Restrictions
Price Match Guarantee requests are subject to the following restrictions:
- The requested price match must be from an online store that is an Authorized Retailer of the product with the requested price match.
- The online store may not be a discounter or auction website such as Ebay, Overstock, etc.
- The price match guarantee does not apply to items with prices that are out of stock or otherwise not available at the price listed online.
- The price match guarantee does not apply to special offers such as buy one get one free or other one-time rebates.
- The price match does not apply to shipping costs or sales taxes.
